How can I book?

To book us, complete the booking form via our website, then we will be contacting you as soon as possible with a quote. After receiving the quote and satisfied with the invoice, we will be requesting a 30% deposit to secure the date.

How far in advance we need to book?

If you know your event date, we always recommend you contact us your date as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, in the event of a cancellation, we appreciate as much notice as possible. In the instance that you need to cancel your event, the following conditions will apply.

• More than 20 days = Refund of deposit in full
• Less than 20 days = No refund

How do I pay for my event?

A 30% deposit is required on the initial booking, where the remaining balance due 5 days prior to the event. We accept Direct deposit (bank transfer) and Cash.

How much notice do we need for a catered event?

We need to have a notice at least 7 days prior to the event.

Do you offer kids meals?

We do not have a dedicated kids meal menu. The best way to cater to kids is to treat them as 1/2 a serve when counting how many guests you have. For example, 10 kids will equal 5 people.

I would like catering to a small group. Will I be able to get onsite catering on my small event?

No, if you only require catering for a small group, alternative delivery and pick-up options are also available. Where we have a minimum spend of $1100 in place which we do not have a minimum on the number of guests.
