How do I place my drop-off catering order?

The quickest and most effective way of placing your order is through emailing us. Upon receiving it, our team will contact you and assist you with your needs for your upcoming event,

Remember our minimum order value is $300.

Can I cancel, reschedule, or refund my order?

For any changes to your order (ie dietary requirements, pick-up times, etc) please contact us as soon as possible to modify your order.

Should you need to cancel, please contact us to reschedule your order to another date or a refund. Please note, refunds and rescheduling will not be available within a 24-hour window of your pick-up/delivery time.

Please contact us by email if you would like to cancel or make a change to your order.

What areas do you deliver to?

We recommended drop-catering to be kept within a 10km radius of our kitchen in Rydalmere (Parramatta Region) to ensure quality is upheld.

Delivery can be made to most of the Western Sydney, Parramatta areas and we may also be available for certain events in the all-around Sydney, Greater Sydney, Lower Central Coast, Wollongong and Blue Mountains areas.

Can I order for same-day delivery or pick up?

To ensure us to prepare your delicious meals, there are cut off times in place for Kocagoz.

All orders must be ordered with 3 days’ notice the day prior to your delivery/pick up date.

What are the delivery fees?

Free delivery applies Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays, for orders delivered within the Parramatta Region. Reduced delivery costs apply outside these areas. Please contact us for details on your delivery location.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, we have a minimum order value of $300 in place.
