Can we try your food before we book you guys?

Yes, you’re welcome to try our food on our next public events. Follow us on social media to keep up to date with our upcoming events.

CATERING

How much notice do we need for a catered event?

We need to have a notice at least 7 days prior to the event.

 

How can I book?

In order to book us, complete the booking form via our website, then we will be contacting you soon as possible with a quote. After receiving the quote and satisfied with the invoice, we will be requesting a 30% deposit to secure the date.

 

How far in advance we need to book?

If you know your event date, we always recommend you contact us your date as soon as possible.

 

Is there a minimum number of guests you can cater for?

No, we have a minimum spend of $1100 in place which we don’t have a minimum on the number of guests.

 

How does the Gozleme catering work?

Our staff will arrive 2 hours before the serving time to set up and start preparing food.

 

Do you cater for dietary requirements IE gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian & halal?

Yes, we cater for vegan & vegetarian dietary. Check out our menu for vegan & vegetarian options. Unfortunately, we don’t cater to gluten-free dietary.

If you have any queries regarding other dietary requirements, feel free to contact us and we will do our very best to accommodate.

Can the guests watch you guys cook?

Yes, we have nothing to hide, our chef will prepare and cook everything in front of your guests.

 

How do I pay for my event?

A 30% deposit is required on the initial booking, where the remaining balance due 5 days prior to the event. We accept Direct deposit (bank transfer) and Cash.

 

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, in the event of a cancellation, we appreciate as much notice as possible.

In the instance that you need to cancel your event, the following conditions will apply;

  • More than 30 days = Refund of deposit in full
  • Less than 30 days = No refund

 

How much space does your setup require?

Our gazebo is 3m wide x 3m long, so we need approximately 3.5m x 3.5m of flat level ground to be fully set up.

 

Do you charge a travel fee?

We offer no travel fee within a 50km radius of Rydalmere, 2116, NSW. Travel fee will apply outside of the radius, a travel fee will be based on distance and number of staffs required for your event.

GOZLEME

Does your gozleme dough contain allergens such as egg, dairy, sesame, soy, legumes and nuts?

No, our gozleme dough only contains; water, flour and salt.

 

Do you use dough rollers to prepare gozleme bases?

Obviously no! Every gozleme is hand-rolled with a stick in the traditional way. Also, our gozleme are made from handmade dough.
