Coban Salad (VE/VG/DF/GF/NF)
Iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, peppers, and parsley, all tossed together with spices and olive oil dressing.

Kisir Salad (VE/VG/DF/NF)
Bulgur, shallot, parsley, dill, mint, tomatoes, cucumbers all tossed together with spices, tomato paste, olive oil and pomegranate molasses dressing.

Mediterranean salad (VE/GF)
Iceberg lettuce, tomato, onion, capsicum, cucumbers, olives, feta cheese all tossed together with oregano, lemon and olive oil dressing.

Potato Salad (VE/VG/DF/GF/NF)
Boiled potatoes, shallot, parsley and seasoned with sumac, lemon and olive oil dressing.



Baklava (VE/DF)
Chopped walnuts are layered with filo pastry, oven baked, and then sweetened and held together with syrup.

Tulumba (VE/DF/NF)
A sweet and crunchy pastry, (similar to churros), made from deep-fried dough soaked in syrup.

Supangle (VE/NF)
A rich and creamy chocolate pudding with a layer of cake and served with a sprinkle of coconut flakes .

Sütlaç (VE/GF/NF)
A traditional rice pudding made with milk, rice, and sugar and garnished with cinnamon.



Ayran (VE/GF/NF)
A traditional drink made from yogurt, water and a pinch of salt, served chilled.

Gazoz (VE/VG/DF/GF/NF)
Traditional soda (Lemonade) flavoured with fruit extracts and mixed with carbonated water. (Plain & Orange flavours available)
